“This is a very bad hotel! It is dirty! The worst thing is: the room has fleas and I couldn’t sleep! The towels are old and unclean. Never! Never book this hotel! The coffee cup rim is broken (please see the pic). Internet is only usable in hotel lobby, but super super slow in the rooms.”

“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. “This hotel is about walking distance from train station but because almost hard to find the street signs, it took me 30 min and asked at least 10 people to find it. Breakfast is good especially coffee. Shower water is big & hot. The bed is comfortable. TV has 1 or 2 English Chanel’s. There is no coffee maker or kettle and no fridge in room. The front desk people are very friendly and can speak English. Hotel is 5 story building with an elevator. I am solo traveler so the room is……
