“Terrible!Terrible! I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”

“On the 29/11/2024 at 12:00am we came back to your hotel , and when we entered our suite we found that the windows were fully open and the door lock room was removed, and one of the window lock was not working. We immediately went to the reception to ask for an explanation of what has happened as we found the situation was weird specially when we were not informed via email , letter , unfortunately the reception agent said that he was off and he does not have any idea about the situation.
