“We were dropped off by our driver and kindly welcomed inside. We were then brought to our room by a staff member. We expressed to the front desk how we wanted a driver to take us around the highlights within Casablanca. This was arranged for us. We went around to all the major highlights and were brought back to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, breads, coffees, meats, and cheeses as well as another staff member who……

“Kamal at the front desk and the other gentleman are amazing and very helpful ! Also the restaurent staff were super nice ! I think Abdulatif and another guy. The only downside is the hotel is very quite, limited dining / food options and transportation! ”

“Très familial, grandes piscines, cadre superbe . En revanche, ‘’invasion’’ de fourmis dans la cuisine et des cafards retrouvés dans la salle de bain, heureusement à la fin du séjour . Il n’y avait malheureusement que le minimum dans la cuisine également.”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”
