“Terrible!Terrible! I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”

“The staff is very friendly and the sky cafe at the top floor has great food and also a friendly staff. There is parking in the hotel and that was very convenient. The main concern was the smell of the bathroom. I’m hoping that can be fixed. Otherwise it was a nice experience. ”

“On the 29/11/2024 at 12:00am we came back to your hotel , and when we entered our suite we found that the windows were fully open and the door lock room was removed, and one of the window lock was not working. We immediately went to the reception to ask for an explanation of what has happened as we found the situation was weird specially when we were not informed via email , letter , unfortunately the reception agent said that he was off and he does not have any idea about the situation. “My second stay at this hotel and was again a lovely experience. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are well equipped, everything is nice and clean, and there are plenty of places nearby for food etc, and its a 30 minute walk into the centre of Marrakech.”
