“Close to Port where I disembarked. Beautiful hotel and surrounds. Staff were very helpful, and took me down to meet up with Tour Morocco guide. Very thankful for that.. This site did warn steep climb up to hotel, but being 81 with emphasema, it was difficult, but I have no regrets. A lovely place to stay.”

“Superbe oasis, avec piscine et terrasses sur les palmeraies, chambre merveilleuse. Attention par contre si vous êtes en moto, accès par une longue piste caillouteuse uniquement. En cross ou enduro ok, mais en routière type Harley c'est difficile ”

“A peine arrivées et installées dans notre chambre, on nous demande de partir car la chambre était réservée par d autres personnes, je réussi a avoir la patronne de l hôtel au téléphone et là je n en revient pas , elle me dit quelle ne travaille plus avec expédia que ce sont des voleurs car ils font des promos sans avertir les hôteliers, et qu elle leur a envoyé un mail pour annuler ma réservation, ( réservation faite 10 jours avant). Je lui dis que j ai payé 6 nuits et que ces problèmes avec……

“Merrakech is a pretty overwhelming experience to a first timer and it takes a bit to adjust to. Coming to this riad was an oasis of calm and very relaxing. The staff were wonderful and helped us organize a tour to the Atlas mountains- and calmed us down on the first morning since the alleyways and streets are so confusing. (You should get the transfer to and from the airport too as it is very well worth it - especially at night). Maps.me app is ideal since it doesn't require any data in use and……

“Facilities and the team are awesome, they have answered all our requests, the menu in the restaurant needs to be reviewed no big choice while the chicken skewer was very limited served with vegetables only! I found it very expensive for what it is and what it is offered in the region/ competition. Breakfast was good! Thank you. ”

However, most rooms are around the communal area, making it quite loud at busy times (cleaning on an evening and breakfast). Our bathroom also needed maintenance, and despite the fact the room was advertised as having a terrace, the windows / door to it were sealed so there was no access ”

“O atendimento do Mohammed foi simplesmente sensacional. Nosso Tour pro Saara havia sido cancelado e ele Nos colocou em outro já para o dia seguinte. Minha necessaire havia ficado na Van e ele mesmo veio entregar no outro hotel que nos hospedamos. O Riad é de fácil localização e tem vários locais para comer na mesma rua. O único ponto negativo do local é que há uma cobertura de plástico no teto e quando as pessoas fumam, fica a fumaça dentro do ambiente por conta desse bloqueio. Deveria ter um……
