“Its a warm hotel in the old medina. Although its a bit difficult to find, the staff had sent email with map to guide you (though I ignored it accidentally). The host is really helpful and nice so as the ladies in the hotel helping out cleaning and preparing breakfast. Places are very clean and cozy. Definitely my choice for next time:)”

“The staff are extremely helpful, very polite, always smiling and ready to find the best solutions and answers for their guests. They added a bed to my children room so that my wife and I could enjoy our own separate room (the booking was for 6 people; 2 X 3 beds rooms). They supplied us with extra things that were not included in the breakfast buffet (such as virgin olive oil, sugar free Moroccan tea, etc.) I strongly recommend this hotel in Rabat. ”

“Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :(”

“Calm and green oasis with stunning decor and amazing services, restaurant, pool, spa included. Would totally recommend for anyone looking to unwind and be away from the chaos of the medina. Small improvement could be made by improving the variety at breakfast and make sure the pool table has got all one needs for the game. ”

“The First Suites Hotel is a great option for business travelers. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the location is excellent. “We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”
