“Staff were lovely. Room was very good and hotel generally good. Website said breakfast but there wasn't. But good for a reasonably priced hotel. Local restaurants good food and very reasonably priced”

“Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures.
