“The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed using the pool before breakfast when it wasn't busy. We felt there wasn't enough social space to sit and have a coffee and chat with other guests. There also seemed to be a problem with the courtyard bar which wasn't open during our stay.”

“Stylish, comfortable mattress, pleasant staff. Breakfast is super stingy, Scrooge would approve. Even the smallest B&Bs provide a full fry so it's reasonable to expect it from the expensive enough hotel like this one. “The restaurant was closed on our night there. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to homemade noodles. We found a restaurant near by and enjoyed the boardwalk. Few places that you can walk the water edge. Very quiet and a great stop. Breakfast was magnificent. ”

“Loved the included breakfast and having a washer/ dryer in the unit. Staff was very kind. Early morning noise was a problem but maybe would have been less of an issue if the window would close all the way. ”

“The home is clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. There are no amenities (no breakfast) and the walk to town is considerable (and a rather large hill!). But, it was an excellent place to lay our weary heads. Check in and checkout were simple. ”

“My wife and I stayed for 7 days. 10/10- would recommend to a friend- will be back! Our hosts, Trish & Chris, were absolutely stellar. They are both kind, friendly, knowledgeable, salt of the Earth people, and excellent cooks! The breakfasts were customized to our needs and desires and were scrumptious!
