“Property was clean, ice maker on our floor was not working”

“This is my go to hotel when I’m visiting the area. My only ‘complaint’ is that the rooms don’t have microwave ovens. Why is that? Even a Holiday Express has them.”

“We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in……

“The property was quiet, safe, comfortable and conveniently located near a mall. However, there was a fire alarm that led to evacuation of the building but instructions during this incident were sketchy. There were no announcements during or after the incident about what was happening.”

“我们去奥特莱斯购物，在附近住。这里离奥特莱斯车程大概半个小时。我们一家选择居家型的旅店，因为西餐吃得不行了。想自己做一次。万豪的居家酒店几乎每次都让我们满意。这次也不例外。两个卧室。厨房很大。服务人员很耐心，我们的灶眼没有接上。我们也不明白，去前台问，尽管客服和厨房下班，还是有人上去帮助了我们。 开车不到十分钟就能找到一个很大的购物超市。啥都有，很方便。对我们刚从纽约拥挤的城市出来的人说，简直棒极了。”

“Nice hotel. No main entrance area so that was confusing. Very good breakfast. No free water bottles in the room. Kitchenette was well stocked. If there is a concert at MetLife, you will hear it. Also planes flying into Teeterboro are audible all night. Noises didn’t bother me but want to mention for others. ”

“Good amenities, pool and workout area. Disappointed with the wi-fi connection.I had to join Bonvoy to use the wi-fi and I still could not connect. No wi-fi for my stay😒 Brianna at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I live locally and miss the spa. It was really great in the day.”
