“This home is absolutely stunning! We had 5 people stay and we felt very comfortable. The home is just as pictured in the listing. It is right on the water and you have an amazing view of the lake from the living room. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen had all new appliances. The host was very easy to contact and was very kind. Would recommend this lake house to anyone!”

“Stayed here as a family of 5 to go skiing nearby. Place is cute and our kids liked the bunk bed room.In winter, the house was really cold and drafty though (standing at kitchen sink, air blows cold onto one’s feet despite having heat on in the house). During our stay, the pipes froze so we didn’t have water for a period of time. The host was responsive and did send a plumber - however he ended up leaving the front door open when he left.. So when we came back to the house after a day out skiing,……

“I have stayed in several vacation homes in Nyack. Some were swankier, most were cleaner or better stocked, but none was more comfortable or in a better location. The neigborhood is quiet, the house has loads of privacy, and you can easily walk to anything in town. There is a short but very steep part on this walk, so bring some sneakers if walking in town is your thing. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel as though you LIVE in Nyack. This was my fourth stay at this house. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay at this comfy cottage. Easily slept a family of 3 with plenty of room to lounge around. It's an older cottage, but the owner has added a lot of neat touches that make this a nice place to stay in this area.”

The house was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed.One of the main reasons we chose this spot was its proximity to many sites of interest—and it couldn’t have been more convenient. “Nice entryway, lots of room for shoes. 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms were spacious. Nice size livingroom. Need more cookware for kitchen, and would recommend fixing the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and a better foundation for the attic bed. Moving slats caused the mattress to sag, especially at the foot of the bed. We would stay again. ”
