“Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account. ”

“It was such a wonderful stay. The staff was just amazing. So friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast on property and I highly recommend adding the meal voucher. Location was a bonus. The entire experience was perfection. ”

“We enjoyed our two night stay, the room was very clean, updated with new carpet and furnishings. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had many options. The hotel is less than 5 mins to the Biltmore Estate which was convenient and only 3 miles to downtown Asheville. It sits up on a hill...to get too you have to go up the driveway to the Texas Roadhouse which is a bit steep then the hotel is right next door. Great deal for the money.”
