“The balcony view was beautiful. It's open, making it easy to connect with other guests. The space is quiet, clean, and faces the mountains at the back of the property. We especially enjoyed watching the many hummingbirds at the active feeders. One downside is that there's no way to control the temperature in the room. One of us slept well, while the other woke up feeling hot. If you prefer a cooler sleeping environment, consider bringing a portable fan—and don’t forget an extension……

“Wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming. Melissa is an angel. She stayed late to help me with a last-minute, late check-in after an early-evening auto accident in a neighboring town. I will never forget her kindness, and I’m so excited to come back to this beautiful property under better circumstances soon. ”

“These cute cabins were just right; beds were comfortable and had different pillows to choose from, kitchen had basic items necessary for mealtime, shower was quaint and clean. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked great, we never had any issues. The host was helpful and kind. I'm so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay again.”

“This was a Great property to stay at. The Hosts live on-site and they were absolutely lovely! The Cabin was nice and clean, equipped with everything from shampoo to laundry soap! There is a W/D in the unit, microwave, stove, pots pans, coffee l, creamer and sugar along with a coffee pot! Right by the river, fire pit, patio table, and walking path! I will definitely stay here again!! It’s about an hour away from The Great Sand Dunes and the Alligator farm, but the drive is nice!”

“This is a beautiful cabin with pretty views of the mountains. The cabin was very clean except for a lot of dead flies in the track of the windows upstairs. Also, the water pressure was very limited, so we weren’t able to take a shower until the pressure came back up. Other than that, it was a nice stay. ”

“It wasn’t how we thought it would be, the shower was cold no hot shower through out my stay no a/c and when I called the lady kinda laughed and said we’ll open the window. To expensive for what was offered. Would not recommend it to anyone or be back. ”

“Our stay was lovely. It was ideal for our family and had everything we needed! The decor had a charming mountain cabin vibe. It was close to everywhere I needed to be for the occasion. The cabin did not have air conditioning and the toilet has a flush technique - just hold it down fully before releasing. For the heat, we used mini personal fans placed on the nightstand. ”

“Traveling with 3 adults and a puppy, this 2 bdrm. cabin met ours needs to a aT. Friendly, quick checkin and out, very clean, stocked with nearly all we needed( except coffee filters and a kitchen scub brush for pots/pans) and nice bath/shower. Good location.”
