“The place has a great view but that's because it is almost a part of the ocean. I do not think the property will be there much longer before nature reclaims it. The beach is gone. There are giant sandbags in covering the beach in a last ditch effort to save the property. I was there less than 2 years ago and the beach was much wider with soft sand.
