“Nice stop with family as daughter visited campus. Nice and convenient.”

“It has a very nice, airy, grand reception area. Parking is plenty. The only thing negative is the condition of the bathroom. It needs to be detailed. There are a lot of smudges on the walls and rust on the tub and sink. The sink drains very very slowly.”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. “The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”
