“Always love staying here and we will definitely be back. Minor issues this time though. The carpet on the 8th floor is pretty badly stained. Also they were doing some construction and were VERY loud right at 8am. I understand most people are up and moving by then, but this was our mini vacation from kids and work and I wasn't able to relax due to the noise.”

“When my husband and I were looking to book a hotel in San Antonio, we noted that this hotel was rated “Exceptional.” It met all expectations and more— offering complimentary food and beverages 5:30-7:00 and a buffet breakfast the following morning. Our room was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. In addition, the fitness center had seemingly new equipment. Should we return to the area, we will surely stay at this hotel!”

“The hotel itself is excellent with meal options and an applebees on site. The main attraction to me, in the beginning at least was the security of having a parking garage that secures at night. The hotel itself was clean, provided breakfast, the staff were welcoming and also very accommodating to my request for an early check in. Added bonus, they do a "kick back" from 5:30-7 daily which provides some food options and 3 free drinks for guests over the age of 21. I fully intend to stay here for……

“We had an issue with shower flow being very weak due to the calcium build up inside those tiny little holes. We told the front desk (Mayra) the next morning, the maintenance engineer (Javier) fixed it right away. When we came back right after lunch time, we had a brand new shower head with decent water flow. Very pleasant stay, the staff took care of our needs immediately, I couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here next time we're in San Antonio..... Thanks....”
