“The advertisement is misleading and needs to be fixed. It says multiple beds but there are NOT really multiple beds. There is a king bed and a pull out coach. This should be made more clear in the ad so renters understand they are not getting more than one bed (the pullout is not comfortable). Wasn't an issue for us but could be a huge issue for others. Shower/tub is pretty hazardous. You have to step up and then way down. An elderly renter probably couldn't do it. Should probably……

“Sea Pines in Hilton Head Island is a lovely destination. In reality, the property looks exactly like the online pictures. However, there was a musty odor throughout the unit. I just assumed it was due to the unit being “older”. However, now that I am back in my own home, I noticed all my clothes reek of that musty mold smell. I've noticed several bites on parts of my body and I am concerned that there were bed bugs. I do not see how Hilton Head Retreat / vTrips can rent out this property in……

“The Harbour Town location and harbor view is outstanding. Access to the community pool is great. That said, we were surprised with the poor cleanliness of the bedding. The sliding glass door to the balcony also locks if you close it and don't have the switch turned a specific way. One of us got locked out there without a phone had to knock on the window to be freed. That door should be replaced with a mechanism that is not so unforgiving.”
