“The AC in our room leaked but it was fixed. Two elevators out of three did not work for some time, unfortunately it was during the check out time on Sunday so many people we in distress. We were not checking out on that day but it was difficult to get from 10th floor to the main floor. The elevators worked later in the day. Everything else was nice. The lady in the spa could change her attitude. She was very unpleasant. ”

“Overall, we had a wonderful stay. This is a lovely resort that has been tastefully renovated recently. Special shout out to Carlton in the restaurant, who made our stay extra enjoyable! A few things that could use a little attention: 1. The fire pits were working only sporadically; 2. Lack of ventilation/HVAC in the hallways makes for very warm and stuffy spaces; 3. The floor in our room could have used a daily mopping. I’d also strongly suggest looking over your final bill very……

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. “We stayed one night just to check out HHI after a trip to Savannah. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to Coligny beach. The room was clean and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The breakfast area was clean and although we just had coffee the breakfast items looked good. The lady working the breakfast area was pleasant and did a good job keeping everything clean and organized. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was……
