“The AC in our room leaked but it was fixed. Two elevators out of three did not work for some time, unfortunately it was during the check out time on Sunday so many people we in distress. We were not checking out on that day but it was difficult to get from 10th floor to the main floor. The elevators worked later in the day. Everything else was nice. The lady in the spa could change her attitude. She was very unpleasant. ”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“We have stayed at several properties, and this one did not disappoint. Everything was just as described if not better. “Loved our room. Only thing I didn’t love was service at the front desk. Checked in very late but had no directions for how to access our room. One elevator nearest the door did not work.
