“The room had wet carpet that soaked my socks. There was no concierge, no brochures, no help as first-time visitors to the area. I did finally get a map at the desk. “Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door.
