“The gentlemen at the front desk was dismissive however the lady that eventually checked us in was truly pleasant and patient. ”

“This hotel was central for everything we were doing in Springfield. It was a good sized comfortable room which was quiet. We parked right by our entrance and i loved that there was an elevator and easy to find stairs. We will stay here again next trip.”

“We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again! We have 3 young children and the 2 bedroom condo was very spacious and great for larger families with several kids. The only thing I didn’t realize ahead of time is that the second “bedroom” is really a separate condo… you go through 1 main door and then have 2 separate condos with each having a bedroom. That made me a little uneasy given the age of our kids but we were able to leave the 2 doors open and just lock the main entrance……

“Check in and check out were great. Fast and easy. Our room was clean and ready. We did have a couple issues with housekeeping. We had a 4 night stay. Our bed was only made once. We got clean towels every day but they forgot a bath mat. Also we ran out of kleenex. I took the box out and sat it on the counter so they would see it was empty. No kleenex at all. The box sat there for 3 days. Other than those few issues, our stay was pretty good. Breakfast was good also.”

“I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and have always found the staff - from front desk to cleaning personnel to breakfast personnel - to be courteous and friendly and eager to help. The rooms are always clean. One suggestion would be to change up the breakfast menu every couple days. ”

“It was super nice and cheap when it’s their down season. they explained everything including smoking areas as well as activities we could do on property or off. they even gave us coupons to some places and gave us a near map of all the attractions etc”

“It was a very nice room, the jacuzzi was lovely. You get 20% off the diner and coffee shop which was great. I’d recommend this to anyone I knew. ”

“This hotel was wonderful;. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well appointed. The amenities were on the floor (An ice machine and vending) The breakfast was well stocked, a variety of foods and very clean. The location was nice and not overly busy. Just a great place to stay in Branson.”
