“I always stay at Home2 when I visit family. About 4x year. When I checked in I was punished for using Expedia to book my stay. We always get a small gift bag with water and some snacks. This time the lady said no when I asked because I used a 3rd party to book. I didn't understand when she said no. She relented and gave me 2 waters but no snacks that were right there.
