“The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night. The staff did an excellent T job even though they were short staffed. Will stay there again when the renovations are completed.”

“Welcoming boutique hotel with eclectic decor. There was something interesting to look at wherever I stood. Our room had a good amount of closet space, a comfortable chair for sitting & a modern touch. The bathroom was spacious with an unexpected perk of a heated floor. A nice extra in the winter. “We loved staying here but was sad to find out they were closing for the season. So most of the amenities weren’t available. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. If you buy their coffee mug this is the deal. Buy one for $25 or two for $50!! LOL what a DEAL! The owner obviously doesn’t know how that works. We bought one. If you get your reservation through Expedia, you DO NOT get your breakfast included even though you pay $350 a night. That was a little rude. So we were charged $20 each……

“This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!”
