“The staff is what makes the difference. We dined in the Parlor dining room and had a great meal with wonderful service. The cleaning staff found we had left an important item behind and the Lobby Manager was kind enough to call me and hold the item for my pick up. This was great service. ”

“Staff were great! We were looking for a place to drop our bags before check-in and that was easily (for us) accommodated. On check-in, everything was shown to us - keys, coffee station, ice, a/c machine, etc. We had a little issue in our room when we returned after 11:00 pm but Tim dealt with it efficiently. Charming house in a good location!”
