“因為要去參加Tanglewood 音樂節，所以住宿一晚，離Lexon 約10多分鐘車程的小鎮，不知道是否因為假日又有節目關係，價格很高，我們沒有訂早餐，旅店沒有洗衣設備，一切都還可以，服務人員親切，就是價格偏高”

“It was in a good location. Hotel was clean, nice view on the lake. Decent breakfast. Indian restaurant on site was very good. ”

“I stay here for a few days every summer. The aesthetic is great, the rooms always clean and the staff friendly. Onsite parking and restaurant are also a plus.”

“There were several broken fixtures in the room,the door of the freezer was broken. The bulb in the bathroom vanity was out. The doors of all the rooms needed to be cleaned. There were holes in the screens of the windows. ”

“Fantastic breakfast, perfect location, fun vibe, beautiful pool area, an environment that encourages conversation with other guests. Room was spacious but needed a nightstand on either side of the bed. ”

“It was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time we’re in the area. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Whitlock (part of the same management as the Constance). Good restaurants easy to walk to. Quiet. Only thing we missed was a comfortable armchair in the bedroom.”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……
