“Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.”

“Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. “Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the mall and hospital. It had a nice Indonesian breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Overall a great value. The only downside was the loud mosque next door. That said, I would stay there again ”

“Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep ”

“The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind.”
