“This is a wonderful hotel. As a boutique hotel the number of rooms are limited, but that just makes for more personalized and better service. The hotel is located at the tip of Mirror Lake, just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Lake Placid. The Olympic speed skating oval is only a block away, the Olympic museum and ice rinks are two blocks. Rooms at the front of the hotel overlook a public park and beach, with clear views of the lake. “Me and my dog had such a wonderful stay and loved the location right on the Main Street in lake placid. Beautiful views of mirror lake from our room, pet friendly, valet service, complimentary coffee during day and comfortable peaceful stay here. ”

“The "breakfast buffet" was not a buffet. It was not worth the money it cost. You chose from a very limited menu and i wouldn't call it a restaurant. Very disappointing, very misleading. Not worth $46 that i paid when booking the hotel. ”
