“Nice, inexpensive, small hotel. The staff is friendly and most speak English. The owner's nephew was very friendly and you can book a ride back to the airport with him. Restaurants, coffee, bakeries, and some shops within walking distance or the bus stops are nearby. Breakfast is good. A great place to start exploring Tirana. Albania was wonderful!”

“Staff at this hotel were very friendly and professional. The room/furniture seemed very new or recently refurbished. The room was also very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast was lovely. The location is very central but in a bit of a backstreet that might put some off (though I didn't encounter any problems and you're on a main street in literally 1 minute walk). I would gladly stay here again if returning to Tirana. ”

“Vila Sanremo is located an easy walk from Sanderbeg square and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. It is a pleasant place to stay, with a cafe offering food and drink, which seems very popular although we didn't eat there. The free breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed it very much. There was no kettle, but they provided hot water when requested. The room itself was big and comfortable, but a little worn and dirty. It's not for those wanting modern fixtures and furniture, but is a good……
