“Really cute boutique hotel close to heart of East 6th st. Walkable to alot of places. Very spacious room. Because of its proximity to the bars and restaurants, you can hear the street noise so bring ear plugs. Would stay again! Still worth it despite the noise.”

“Unusual decor reminds one of a spa swim club. Interesting to learn that this was one a place where visiting carpenters stayed, hence the name. We had a private balcony looking into the branches of a large pecan tree. We loved every aspect of our room. And nearby Barton Springs Rd. has lots to offer!”
