“The hotel is great - the rooms are pretty small for two people. Some of the areas around the hotel are dirty, homeless in the alleys, broken atms, dilapidated buildings and closed storefronts. ”

“My husband and I were the twice in two weeks, both times were for concerts. The first visit was not the best. Our room had stains on the sofa and bedsheets. There were visible dirty handprints around a mirror in the room, signifying that some people had fun before we got there. The second time we went, the room was a bit better. There were still visible stains on a sofa, so we did not utilize it at all. The outside of the hotel seemed a little sketchy, but at least we didn’t have to pay extra……

“Great locations, cute hotel with a good pool area. Front desk staff were phenomenal and the bar staff in the adjacent bar top notch. Only loses marks because we continued to not receive refills on coffee and water each day when our room was serviced.”

“Great property, my only concerns were overcharge on valet parking and back to back bathroom noise due to most likely not sealing plumbing penetrations. ”

“Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms were very spacious, but need remodeling. Great location near UT. I had to ask several times for extra towels and toilet paper, which were never brought to our room. My son finally went downstairs to the front desk to retrieve what we needed.”
