“Sehr angenehme Zeit gehabt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Das Bett war gut. Sehr gute schalldichte Fenster eine gute Klimaanlage. Ein Minuspunkt war, dass das Personal an der Rezeption sehr schlechtes oder nur wenig bis kein Englisch sprechen konnten. Das haben sie aber durch ihre Freundlichkeit ausgeglichen.”

“房間整潔度還可以，不過提供的免費wifi在房間訊號實在太差，要站在房門口，甚至跑到Lobby才有比較好的收訊，另外所提供的浴巾太舊，已經是有點接近灰色的感覺，可能是接收二手的浴巾在使用。”

“Casa Alfonsina is such a gem in Santa Cruz. The vibe is cozy and peaceful, the rooms are spotless, and the location is great. But what really makes it special is the staff, they’re incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food was also amazing, every meal felt thoughtful and delicious.
