“Only issue I had was the TV needed programmed twice and wouldn't work at all today. TV's are important while away from home and it was frustrating not being able to use at when I wanted to. Food was the best and the staff went out of their way to help.”

“I didn't like that the dryer is $1.50 for 38 mins and my clothes was wasn't dry at all. Everything came out very damp. I was extremely disappointed to have to take home damp clothes in a suitcase back to NYC.”
