“When I checked-in room was not at all clean along with the bathroom. I could see the bad bugs on the bed. The towels were stinking and very dirty. While using the bathroom drainage was also not proper. However, they have upgraded the room after raising a concern but then there was only one light and the socket was working rest was not working. I called reception no one turned up. Due to these reasons I reduced my stay from 2 days to 1 day. Expedia helped me to refund the amount for 1 day. One……

“This hotel was super clean and comfortable. The suite style room was inviting and quite big for families. A very clean and modern bathroom. The staff goes above and beyond for our needs, especially the staff at the restaurant - they were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The only issue is the poor soundproofing of the room windows. “"It's a cozy and lovely place." occurred to me at the first glance of its little courtyard. The small lanes in the front is just quiet and so different from the surroundings. “I stayed 3 nights… Night 1- room with balcony no view- very loud music coming from restaurant/bar, started in the evening lasted till about 11pm or 12am.
