“This place was extremely hard to find in the pitch blackness that is a typical Texas evening, I did 3 u-turns on 55 because I was afraid to use someone’s driveway. That was really our only issue, The house itself was immaculate, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the amenities. Outdoor seating areas on front porch and off the master bedroom were just lovely for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. “My family and I had the best time! The host was very informative, helpful and generous! The homes were clean, well maintained and provided us the freedom and security we hoped to have! The property is absolutely beautiful! There was 8 of us that stayed at the property and there was more than enough room for all of us and our 2 small dogs! My teenage boys loved the game room and it provided us with enough entertainment that we didn’t even have to leave the property if we didn’t want to! We will……

“The property is nestled in the Medina mountains in an 11 room resort and spa. The owners met with us each night sharing stories, laughs, wine and food. In the morning we hiked up the mountain trail to a cabin with a back deck that overlooked the hillside. If you want peace, quiet, no children and good old fashion conversation you will not find any better than Escondida Resort. The entire staff is humble, courteous and good people to share a cup of coffee or a laugh. I highly recommend this……
