“I booked this property due to having 2 separate sleeping/living spaces. My friend and I were able to work compatibly during the day and come together for meals. The town was cute and the walk up to the viewing platform was not too challenging. It was a great get away. ”

“We have been wanting to stay at this property for a long time even before we moved to the Hill Country. The house is even nicer than the pictures. The view is amazing. You immediately feel at home. They have thought of everything you need and the beds and couch are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. We especially loved the two separate porches one in the front and one in the back both have beautiful views although in the back you see a lot more wildlife. The family is wonderful as far as……

“We have stayed at this property several times. It’s a great location for a nice quiet getaway. Fantastic birding and long walks. Very easy to get to Garner State Park to hang out in the river. The cabin is clean and spacious and well equipped. The only heads up I would give is that the stairs to the two beds on top are steep, so be prepared for that. I love staying here and really appreciate that my dog is welcome too!!”
