“Donny was one of if not the best host/person I have met. He is truly a great person who cares about his property and guests. Rooms were well kept, hotel style kitchenette minus microwave (inside). Great location and one of few that allow you to park by the river. I didn’t mind the outdoor cooking pavilion with a minor issue pertaining to clean pots, pans, utensils available. You can tell they once were all stocked but with all the guests misused misplaced. Pool was colder than Frio but we……

“Awesome home. Beautiful neighborhood. The golf cart was fun, as was the hot tub. Cleanliness was an issue in several areas of the home to include the hot tub. Also, we were a bit disappointed to find out the heated pool came with an additional cost. The home listing literally begins with “Heated Pool”. That does partially land on me for not double checking fine print. Our experience may have just been a fluke, the owners were awesome and very responsive. ”

“Not going to lie I was scared I was scammed in the beginning due to the lack of reviews- but thankfully I was very very wrong. It looks like just new owners are in charge now and it was a great stay. We had a group of 12 (6 couples) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, volleyball, and swings -lots of cooking opportunities and space there and over all was very relaxing. It is very close next to two other homes so not as pricey in the back but it was still a great time……
