“We had not been to Concan in since my youngest teenager was just a kid and we had never stayed in this part of the river. Definitely very lively and fun. The whole family fell in love with the place and look forward to coming back. ”

“The property was wonderful. The six bedrooms with baths were perfect. The kitchen and family room was big enough to accommodate our large family. The outside pool was amazing. We played pool volleyball and had a blast. The addition of the ping pong table, basketball, and outdoor restroom was perfect. Plenty of refrigerators and outdoor seating. One of the best family trips so far. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home on a beautiful lot. ”

“We loved the old time experience of staying in a wagon with modern upgrades. Def a must visit in South Texas. We plan to come by here to either stay in the wagon or rent an rv. I love how they have gas grills, smoker, & campfires, too. The gentleman who helped my husband and I take a Polaroid with our camera was very accommodating. ”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……

“Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!”
