“Awesome home. Beautiful neighborhood. The golf cart was fun, as was the hot tub. Cleanliness was an issue in several areas of the home to include the hot tub. Also, we were a bit disappointed to find out the heated pool came with an additional cost. The home listing literally begins with “Heated Pool”. That does partially land on me for not double checking fine print. Our experience may have just been a fluke, the owners were awesome and very responsive. ”

“ Our stay at Derek and Lauren’s vacation home in Concan, TX, was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful scenery, the well-maintained property, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a dream—plenty of space to lounge, grill, and enjoy the peaceful Hill Country atmosphere. The Frio River was just a short 5-minute drive……

“Overall, we had a beautiful experience at the house. the rooms were very well organized and comfortable, and the entertainment area was both beautiful and relaxing. The only downside was that the heated pool required an extra fee, which wasn't mentioned in the description and needed to be arranged in advance, other than that, we had an awesome time!”

“Not going to lie I was scared I was scammed in the beginning due to the lack of reviews- but thankfully I was very very wrong. It looks like just new owners are in charge now and it was a great stay. We had a group of 12 (6 couples) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, volleyball, and swings -lots of cooking opportunities and space there and over all was very relaxing. It is very close next to two other homes so not as pricey in the back but it was still a great time……

“Quiet and relaxing”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Muniz Villa!! Location was beautiful and safe as it was in a gated community. Communication with the host was easy and we always had quick responses. On the day of check-in the house was clean. However, 2 of the restrooms did not have any toilet paper and 1had a clogged drain. It was just an inconvenience the firt night. The next day morning the host sent a handyman to fix the issues and replace toilet paper. One thing that surprised us, is that we needed……

“Loved the pool and the layout of the house. There were a few things we needed fixed upon arriving to the property but the property managers were quick and prompt. Our stay was great and we look forward to possibly coming back another time.”
