“My Husband and I wanted to take a quick little getaway this weekend for a couple of days and chose Kats Kabin. This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Fresh homemade cranberry pound cake was waiting for us in the table. The outside of the cabin surroundings is absolutley breath taking, the beautiful birds, so many cardnials, hummingbirds every where, two large turkeys and the deer. The history of this ranch alone makes it so special to stay here. Kat is so sweet, she texted us different……

“Very clean cabin and beautiful parks. We had a great time walking the trail. We recommend the barbecue place in Leakey “The Hog Pen on 336 BBQ. The only disappointment was that the river behind the cabin was dried and according to previous comments it has been dried for a few years. ”

“I booked this property due to having 2 separate sleeping/living spaces. My friend and I were able to work compatibly during the day and come together for meals. The town was cute and the walk up to the viewing platform was not too challenging. It was a great get away. ”

“I wanted to visit Concan, Tx to see the Frio River. It has been years since I went to Garner State Park. I found Pit Master Rv park on Hotels.com I stayed there overnight in a newish travel trailer that belongs to them. It was spotless and very comfortable. I brought my dog, so having a clean nice place to stay with a fenced dog park was perfect. This place is about a 10 minute drive to Garner State Park. I highly recommend staying here. The park has clean restrooms, showers and new……

“This property is really nice. Our hostess answered any questions we had and she was so nice. The property is very quiet and it has so much space. Overall it was extremely comfortable. It’s only a few miles from Seven Bluffs. My grandchildren loved it and want to return. We will be back soon!”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……
