“The Excellent staff, very attentive, efficient, and friendly. Also, excellent breakfast. The only negative thing was that the room did not have air conditioning, which did not allow for a pleasant sleep.”

“Hotel 5 Terre was a nice location for access to Monterosso and the train station to the other Cinque Terre villages. Parking and breakfast included makes it worthwhile! It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful. ”

“What a special place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location with a private deck and bathroom. The private beach was a plus for sure. ”

“L'hotel è in posizione comodissima rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria e al parcheggio. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, fantastica la possibilità di fare colazione in riva al mare. Non c'è ascensore ma un montacarichi (per noi nessun problema)”

“鄰近車站，走路不遠。這裡沒有電梯，飯店在三樓。公寓裡的電梯，飯店並不能使用。 由民宅改建，很有當地風格。一個小公寓空間被隔成三間，只有一個狹窄的走廊，其實隔音效果不太好，並且蠻可能遇到別的旅客。 必須注意員工有固定的上班時間。房間設備基本，有一些小驚喜，像是精油。整體佈置簡潔，空間還蠻大。旁邊就是鐵道，怕吵的可能不太適合。 房間佈置得蠻不錯，但整體來說就是民宿等級，以義大利的高昂價格來說，已經不錯，不用期待太多。”

“It's the second night staying at the same hotel after a day trip of hiking at Cinque Terre. Again it's nice to have a hotel nearby the railway staion after a whole day of up and down trekking. With the train pass, I could even go back to the hotel for a shower, change my clothes and go back to Cinque Terre for sunset and a nice dinner.”

“Nice renovated and modern B&B. Room was ok. Bed stands were a little dirty. Breakfast was small but sufficient. We had the room towards the hill side of the house so we only had a side window with no view which felt a little like in a prison due to very little light coming in. The B&B has some nice possibility to sit outside but due to horrible mosquitos it was not possible to use this. Also this location is located around 2km outside of the city. One fast and cheap option to get to La Spezia is……

“We loved the sea views from our room and the breakfast terrace! The lobby is a deco beauty and the staff were so friendly and helpful with our transportation. We loved it and the breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. Truly a gem!”

“前台的女人表现粗鲁，思维混乱，情绪不稳定，我预定过车位也知道需要付钱，她一定要我先去街上寻找免费车位，目的是避免停在他们的小停车场会带来的麻烦，去五渔村前她给了我错误的建议，她建议我们坐火车去走还在封闭的蓝线道路，事实上这些道路已经封闭很多年，第二天结账后我从房间返回把房卡放在前台，并和清洁的女工说了，下楼后看到她和我的孩子要房卡，我和她说房卡我还回去了，回去就可以看到，可是她疯了一样一定要让我们和她一起回去，不停的说不还房卡要扣钱，我坚持没去，然后她回去找到了房卡.我们在意大利旅行住过五家酒店，前面四家都很顺利愉快，只有在这里遇到各种问题，都是因为这个愚蠢自以为是的女人.”
