“When I booked the room, it was introduced that can add one additional bed to the two beds room. However, after checking in, the front desk told me it cannot because this is two beds room. Wrong information!”

“Two story property (we were on first floor) was VERY quiet. My only complaint was the use of a plug in air freshener-I am very sensitive and couldn't stop sneezing even after unplugging. Please don't use those!! Parking is tight, but this is the Dulles area so not surprising. Overall it is an excellent property.”

“I have always enjoyed coming to this property as it is closer to family when i travel from roanoke. Weekend we went was busy, full with people and the pool was non operated while we were there which we were not happy about but they were able to get it back up and running they day we left and my little ones were able to enjoy it for a bit. ”

“The main thing I was worried about was being able to check in early because I had a winery concert event to go to and check-in is at 3PM and I was arriving at 11AM. When I arrived, my room was available, and I was able to check in early. The room was great, spacious, clean and smelled great. My only issue was there were no washcloths in the bathroom but that’s an easy fix and I called housekeeping and they brought them right up. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and every time I saw……

“The first hotel that actually got their handicap lift working for my son.They webt out of their way to get this done quickly..All the people super friendly The lady who takes care of the breakfast in the morning was so pleasant to everyone ..Just a real sweet lady..Will definately stay here again”
