“The hotel is very old and has a weird smell everywhere. The staff is not professional. The guy at the front desk wears a casual sweater and is not so friendly. Breakfast is expensive and terrible. They give you glasses slightly bigger than shot glasses for milk or juice. It takes forever to get a coffee and no refill. Food is tasteless. After I complained about the coffee when asking for the check, the waitress gave me a simple “Oh” with a confused facial expression. Unbelievable. ”

“Location is great. Staff was very welcoming, positive, and responsive. Room we got was beautiful and perfect for us with a large sliding door window, nice balcony with a view of the city and a beautiful bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay. Had an issue when we first arrived but staff moved quickly to resolve and everything went really well after that. We didnt get a chance to try the breakfast, but were able to get in the pool. Would be nice to make sure towels are available at the pool area when……
