“Rooms and Location”

“The inside of the house was beautiful. What I would recommend is anyone that rents should know that the essentials are not included such as salt pepper, toilet paper, paper towels. There were no dish towels no potholders no dish rack and no dish basin. The outside of the property could’ve used some TLC. The flower beds and the shrubs and trees could have been trimmed for a nicer appearance.”

“Beautiful and clean! Easy to find, great location, easy check in and out and very roomy space! Everything you need is provided! Comfortable beds! Only thing I’d change is find an easier way to contact host with questions, such as direct texting. Otherwise, it’s call them, leave a message and wait for a call back. Or send a message through their chat and days to get a response. That said everything I needed - check in/check out proceedings was sent on time through email . Overall, a great……

“Love the gated community. This was the second time we stayed here, but not the same house. House was nice. My son enjoyed the game room with the big screen TV and theater seating. Pool area could use a good power washing. The beds definitely need new mattresses. They may be ok for a long weekend but not for a 35 day stay. Also the couch wasn’t very comfortable either. Would definitely stay here again if these things would be updated ”

“Nice end unit with easy access and parking. Make sure when you rent you know that you have access to the swimming pools. The company we went through did not allow us to use them.! Very disappointing”

“My husband and I made this property our home for three months. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort and extremely well kept. Our home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The home does need some updates, but overall met our needs. The "Management" was very quick to respond to any issue(s) that we contacted them with. ”
