“This is a clean, well kept and quiet hotel. I’ll stay here again when visiting Kalamazoo. I didn’t like though, that the hotel charges $4 for a to-go cup of coffee, if you don’t purchase the breakfast option. I’ve not experienced that at a hotel of this level. It’s normally complimentary. Breakfast looked very nice though, so… next time. Charging for breakfast always keeps away the bed heads shuffling around in slippers and pjs. It’s well worth the cost. ”

“Wifi in my room would have been nice for work. Had to do my zoom from the phone.Turning on the water to take a shower and dirty water came out. Didn't want to take the shower after that. The phone in the room didn't work so I had to call the front desk from my cell. The staff was good to go.”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, pillows, shampoo, etc. The only complaint is that the bathrooms shower curtain was missing. The commode was daycare center size, no joke this thing was small! No grab bars to help you up. I don't remember any grab bars on the tub. I'm sure I could have asked for a shower curtain. When I'm in a room I just wanna relax not make calls or walk to the desk.”

“Great location! Tons of food spots and friendly service!”

“The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The property itself is a bit outdated and well loved, with a few housekeeping issues within the room itself. Stains on the couch, found a pair of men's socks under the couch, toilet doesn't refill in tank in order to flush the toilet. Pool is quite cold but fairly well kept, with a full stock of pool towels. Perfect for what you'd expect for the price.”

“I was in the area for my son's golf tournament. The location to the courses was great. The owners are extremely gracious and welcoming.The bedroom, bath/shower were very clean and well kept. They are happy to make breakfast for you. I enjoyed my stay. ”
