“Its literally next door to the Geneva Train Station. Super convenient if you want to move around using the Swiss trains. Property was clean, front desk ladies were very helpful and the breakfast was quite good actually with the right amount of options for a hearty meal in the morning. It was a leisurely 5min walk to the Geneva lake and the dining options nearby ranged from budget friendly to upscale. Will stay again if we are in Geneva.”

“可升等入住五星級飯店，非常開心，飯店有免費泳池、按摩浴缸及蒸氣、烤箱，但可惜沒帶泳衣，只能享受蒸氣、烤箱，沒法玩水。 飯店提供交通卡，提供入住時免費的交通搭乘，非常貼心及方便，另外，也很喜歡飯店出來的林蔭大道，延著大道一直走，可到達很有名的西庸城堡，漫步大道上很愜意，很喜歡這樣的氛圍感。 未來有機會還是會選擇入住。”

“be very careful when u walk down from 1/F to lobby, watch out for the last step with marble & dark carpet, it's a trap. I tripped, 6 stiches, neck injury, wrist hurt, blur vision. happened 4 hours before my flight back. no further help or concern once u left hotel in ambulance. hospitality? negligence?”

“The best thing about the hotel is that you can enjoy the gorgeous Eiger & the village 24/7 in this room. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Free buffet breakfast was included. Ham, cheese, bread, eggs, cereal, fruits, yogurt & drinks were served. The only downside is accessibility. The hotel was located on the hill. Moving a large suitcase up the hill was challenging. Some parts of the road were quite steep, and the slippery road made walking even harder. It is quite dangerous during snowy……

“地理位置方便，5分鐘左右就步行到Bern Bahnhof，我們預訂時包了早餐，不用擔心吃的問題，附近有很多餐廳。酒店旁就有超市，很容易就買到生活用品和食物。 酒店亦會提供巴士票，可以免費乘坐市內巴士，到不同地區。 酒店清潔很好，而且有空調，夏天去都不用擔心，是一間很舒適的酒店。 但酒店沒有提供水煲和冰箱，如果能有提供就更好。”

“It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.”
