“Overall, it’s a nice place to stay. The apartment is well-equipped, and an iron would be a small addition that makes a noticeable difference. “I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. ”

“The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station.
There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour.
Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside.
Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. ”

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful.

"I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day."

"It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000
Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!!
Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
