“I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Greensboro. It was clean and quiet. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the airport shuttle. The bar/lounge downstairs was really nice, incredible drinks and great service. I didn’t get to use the pool because of inclement weather, but it looked very beautiful. I’d absolutely stay here again. ”

“We had a great stay. Most of our interactions were with Michael and he was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with both sink and shower not draining. The shower kept spilling water out onto floor. We were in room 510. Maintenance promptly came to resolve issues though the shower continued to be a nuisance without being fully resolved. We had some neighbors who kept us up until 4:00am one night and I could hear them even with ear plugs in. The night when the noise started up again I……

“This was a great hotel for what we needed. Spacious and clean. It always smelled clean no matter where we were in the building. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast ladies kept things clean and always full and coffee hot and were just all around nice. We will definitely stay again if ever in the area. ”

“The staff were so great. They nice and seemed to genuinely care about the people staying with them. I did not encounter one staff member that was even lukewarm they ALL were great. Even in the middle of they when all you needed was a simple change for a dollar to do your laundry. Speaking of ...the laundry room on my floor the 5th was very clean, not even a cobweb in a ceiling corner. My only critique is the outside little on the side of the building designated for smokers and employee entrance……
