“We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Bonvoy by Marriott the staff was so polite the foyer, bar and dining is very nice and clean the rooms were very clean and presentable, I have nothing bad to say... they offer a buffet breakfeat that you can enjoy before you check out with a good selection of the popular breakfast foods and drinks, its a nice way to end your stay.”

“Great location & nice hotel. The room smelled a bit musty, the carpet needed restretching & the fridge did not work but overall happy with the room. There was a parking garage party that was quite noisy a block up. The police broke it up after a couple hours ”

“Wherever we go, we'll try to find a Courtyard hotel. They suits our needs quite nicely with all the amenities they offer. Unfortunately with it being off season travel, the pool was closed for renovations so we missed an opportunity to unwind for the day with an evening swim. This particular one is very close to the Richmond Airport and getting there couldn't be easier. The Airport Shuttle option is very easy - reserve your time at the front desk. They were waiting for us and we were at the……

“Really nice hotel. Room was super spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Fridge and microwave. I was pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort. They also have a pool and gym.. I didn’t go to them but it’s available. The people were all super sweet and friendly. Right near the airport with a free shuttle. The shuttle driver was also very nice. Highly recommend this place!”

“Wir hatten ein großzügiges Apartment mit Küchenzeile und einem Schlafzimmer. Ein Bettsofa ließ sich leicht auseinander klappen und die Matratze war gut. Der Kühlschrank hatte sogar ein großes Gefrierfach. Die Lage war ruhig. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend bis gut mit einer relativ guten Auswahl.”

“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice……
