“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice……

“One of the best hotel I stayed at. Very quiet, breakfast was good I only wish they had potatoes. Staff was friendly. The fridge didn't work, and the staff replaced it within minutes. Check in and out was great so was parking.”

“The room was recently renovated but the mattress was not replaced and was quite uncomfortable. To lock the door, I had to slam it shut. The front desk receptionist explained that the gasket in the door frame was incorrect and needed replacement. This was a security concern. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel in a convenient location.”

“The property was overall very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and the bathroom itself was clean but the ceiling had gnats or fruit flies stuck to it and no exhaust van so there was a small bit of discolored condensation on the ceiling every time we showered. Otherwise, very clean room and hotel. Quiet rooms, lots of dining close by, walkable distance.”

“Loved the location and surroundings. Did not like the additional $10.00 daily "parking" charge. Bad surprise. I have never heard of such a charge for a hotel in a suburban location with large lots. When pricing the place, the additional "parking charge" seemed like a bait and switch. Not a good look in my opinion. ”
