“I felt joyous when stepping into the hotel, all the light, pink, and great art. It just oozed happiness. Everyone we encountered were gracious in that southern hospitality way. Our room was quiet and just the right size. Being a dog lover, I enjoyed all the dog art especially. ”

Our room was very clean and the bathroom itself was clean but the ceiling had gnats or fruit flies stuck to it and no exhaust van so there was a small bit of discolored condensation on the ceiling every time we showered. Otherwise, very clean room and hotel. Quiet rooms, lots of dining close by, walkable distance.”

“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice……
