“Solid 20 Hour Stay ”

“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice……

“Unique boutique hotel, loved the little courtyard. Looked like their bar and cafe were closed for renovations when we went which was a little disappointed. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely have this on our list when we return to Richmond.”

“Room sizes were great. Technology needs an update with dated TVs. Beds were comfortable but pillows hard. Staff was very friendly and helpful”
