“选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。 酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。 预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。 特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。 酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。 总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。”

“Very convenient location to Richmond but far enough away to be quiet and cozy. The boat is wonderfully decorated and the view of the river is wonderful. Captain Ron is a lovely and very helpful host!”

“Comfortable beds overall. Nice job on the sheets and pillows. Well done Hilton! However, did not enjoy the breakfast/dining room. Very cold unpleasant aesthetics. Same with the bar. The breakfast food was not of higher quality by today's standard of whole unprocessed foods. For $250/night in a suburban hotel the food was disappointing.”

“The house is older and needs way more updates than the owner can keep up with. If you don't mind the bathroom mold in the showers with an attempt to cover it up, go for it. The dead bat, hair in the shower and bugs on a bed sent some of our renters to a hotel on the first night. That should tell you enough.”

“I felt joyous when stepping into the hotel, all the light, pink, and great art. It just oozed happiness. Everyone we encountered were gracious in that southern hospitality way. Our room was quiet and just the right size. Being a dog lover, I enjoyed all the dog art especially. ”

“We have stayed here many times, the rooms vary in size and location but all are nice. Just inquire if you need certain accommodations. The location is great for getting to the VMFA, and we enjoy walking very nearby to Perly’s deli. The Inn’s restaurant is being renovated so that’s the only thing that detracts, very slightly, from an all around five star rating. Looking forward to trying it soon. The staff is always polite, helpful and efficient. Some of the nearby streets may look slightly……
